Our Registered Business

System Heatherway Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name under which we operate. We were established in 2019 in Busan, South Korea, to address a gap we observed among local token holders: excellent security instincts when acquiring cold-storage devices, but little structured documentation for what accumulated over the years.

How We Started

Our founder, Soo-yeon Heatherway, spent her early career in archival science before encountering the practical challenges of managing a household’s diversified offline holdings. Friends asked for help organising their Ledger collections and seed phrase storage. What began as informal assistance became a focused practice: home-office tracking for holders who prefer to keep assets offline.

What We Believe

Cold storage only works if the humans around it understand the system. A hardware wallet in a drawer means little if nobody can locate the matching backup or recall which chains it supports. We treat documentation as a household responsibility, not a technical afterthought.

Our Team

Three consultants operate from our Jung-gu office. Each has completed our internal certification in offline inventory methodology and holds a background in either records management, financial administration, or physical security assessment. We do not employ traders, and we do not manage funds.

Working With Clients

Every engagement begins with a conversation about your current setup — how many devices, where backups live, who else in the household should understand the system. We then propose a session matched to your situation. Most clients start with a Home Vault Audit and return quarterly for inventory updates.

Community

We contribute field notes on our blog and speak at local meetups about backup hygiene and household continuity planning. Our work stays confined to documentation and verification; we leave trading, tax, and legal questions to licensed professionals.
