Cold Storage Inventory

Quarterly update session to refresh your offline holding records after purchases, transfers, or wallet changes.

Purpose

Holdings change. You buy a new Ledger, move altcoins to cold storage, or add a cosigner to a multisig. Without a scheduled update, your binder drifts out of date within months.

This session brings your written records back in line with what is physically present. We compare your existing binder against current devices and backups, note additions or removals, and reseal the documentation.

Ideal Frequency

Most clients schedule this quarterly. Holders with fewer than three wallets may manage with twice-yearly visits.
