Our services include home vault audits, cold storage inventory updates, and seed phrase backup verification. We do not manage, custody, trade, or transfer digital assets on behalf of clients.

Our services are available to individuals aged eighteen or older. By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorised representative of the holdings being documented.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layouts, documentation templates, and branding — is owned by System Heatherway Co., Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Documentation binders provided during consultations remain your property; the template structure remains our intellectual property.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your holdings during consultations. You are responsible for the security of your seed phrases, private keys, and hardware wallets before, during, and after our sessions. We do not retain copies of your holding data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided for documentation and educational purposes. We are not liable for any loss of assets, loss of access to wallets, financial losses, or consequential damages arising from your holdings or from reliance on our documentation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all information disclosed during consultations as confidential. We do not share client holding details with third parties except as required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, South Korea.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
